Her Story

Hi, I’m Zahraa El Hourani.

I’m a dietitian, mom of two, and the face behind the Instagram page nutrition_byzahraa.

I created this space to help families build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food — for both children and adults.

As a pediatric dietitian and a mom, I understand how overwhelming nutrition advice can feel, especially with the pressure of wanting to “do everything right.”

My approach is realistic, evidence-based, and centered around creating sustainable habits without guilt, restriction, or stress.
